Congratulations! You're doing really well for yourself. Your contest was a great way to get more people interested in your writing, and once they're interested your gripping plot keeps 'em there. I'm very impressed. I don't think any of my stuff ever got this many reviews XD

Anyway, this was a great chapter, just like I said before. Just one thing. One of the first sentences says:

"He delightful to work for, and can often be amusing, without ever intending to be."

Just put in a 'is' between 'He' and 'delightful'. Great job :D

a person could have knocked until she opened the door, then killed her. After she died, he could have placed the card in her hand to make it look like it was all she found, as well letting him give his last message to her

still a bit fast paced, but way better!

I really really like this story. I had some pretty good images of a little old lady running around with a giant knife screaming "I'm going to butcher you!" It made me laugh. Overall I didn't see the ending that you had coming, good job, keep it up.

This chapter was really cool! The old lady played her cards very well, and it was very interesting to see how the characters interacted with each other. The fact that she dropped the grenade was a bit unbelivable, but I guess if she's a senile old psycho-path, I can't think of her actions as being that logical XD Anyway this case was interesting, and I'm actually really interested to find out what the next one is. Great chapter, and I can't wait for more. Well I can, but I don't want to.
