"It doesn’t matter how much I cut myself off from the rest of the world." I like this line. Obviously, change makes the speaker uncomfortable, and she misses her 'old' romantic life.

Aww I LOVE it! Very very true. I would give you my favorite lines, but I'd end up typing the whole poem again. Absolutely beautiful. I really liked how you asked a lot of questions. It made it so you couldn't just scan through it, you had to really think. Great job.
