Oh, i like it. However: we dont yet know the gender of the main charachter. Perhaps something John says that tells us their name/gender? Or a comment to themselves, maybe when looking in the mirror? Just a comment. I particularly love the first line, gives you an immediate insight into what the person thinks like.

I love this idea, and the unfeeling slightly evil perspective is really interesting and very well written!

This style is so good, and it is really good that you are trying different styles I can never do that! The character comes across really well, and the amoral attitude is really refreshing after all the stereotypical fics you read.

Please write more of this I want to know what happens!
