ah i love the rhyming sequence you chose to put this in, where most people would go AbAb you chose AbbA, i like that a lot, it fits well with the mood of the poem.

Aww, cute :) Again, you are good with the pretty words!! Nice and hopeful :)

Again I enjoyed the regularity but naturalness of your rhyme scheme. I think the first line of the 2nd stanza (This light, it is my heart,) sounds a bit awkward, because the metre doesn't really work, the stressed and unstressed syllables are mixed up in a jumble, I think it should be worth clearing up.
Nevertheless I'm adding this to my favourites; the first stanza alone is enough to captivate me :)

Wow, the sound and flow of this are beautiful. I love to see that you were able to maintain a rhyme scheme that sounded natural. The meaning was also nice and uplifting. Very nice bit of poetry (in the truest sense of the word), you're quite talented.

"It lights my life with dreams." That's a really beautiful line.

It certainly gave me an interesting visual. Of what is difficult to explain.

Very well written and pleasing to the mind and emotions. The notion that light can shade threw me at first, but the rest worked out nicely.
