This one got me thinking. One the one hand it seems simply, it's about a man and woman kissing and in a typical couple the man stands taller than the woman, thus the looking up/down. But then I got to thinking about the person looking up is actually looking up at the person while the other is looking down on his or her partner. Maybe that's just me looking too far into it, but that's what I got from this. Well written, I enjoyed this.
