fleur de l'est 2009-12-26 . chapter 1Hahahah - 'To be greeted by Yuma / with much good huma' & 'swallar'. (though I had to google 'Yuma')
Well, that's nice. At least we know why people are glad to see them now ¬¬ |

the prophet apathetic 2009-12-07 . chapter 1Oh my. I would love to show this to my step-grandparents, because they are one of the flock that joins you in Yuma each year.
And I loved "good huma" haha, delightful! |
Princess-anna57 2009-12-04 . chapter 1Nice work! Obviously I don't know much about this, but now I know a bit more by reading this poem. The rhyming was neat too. Great! Write on.

LostInMe 2009-08-05 . chapter 1I like it! The rhymes are humorous, making the whole poem a very fun experience. Great job! |
Isca 2009-08-04 . chapter 1"We are always glad to see them." Even though the speaker admits that most people 'tease' the 'snowbirds,' I like that the tone of this line is so honest - suggesting that the speaker really is happy to see the 'snowbirds' again in Arizona. My favourite line was "and Indians will whoop." I also like the Canadian geese part - my University campus is usually swarming with them :P. Keep up the good work. :) |
Doxie Doll 2009-08-03 . chapter 1Ahh, the joys of tourist season. |
