Pieces of this sounds like my life, as far as the none of my friends go to my school any more and the wishing I was a freshman again. Angsty poetry, there's something else that sounds familiar. I'm enjoying this pillowbook :)

It's so CUTE! I lurrv it muchly. :D

So I don't know if this was intentional or not, but I noticed that each stanza adds another line. (Except for the last one.) 3, 4, 5. I think that's really neat since it seems to me like the love is increasing between these two, which parallels in the poem.

Word choice, hooray! "iridescent love" is so cool to think about. I would have never worded it this way, but this particular instance makes me think of love in a whole new way. Well done.

I also like the imagery (even though they're apparently pick-up lines? haha). Stringing stars into necklaces, awwh! It's cute. :3 And I like sand between my toes, too.

This is the sweetest thing. Pickup lines turn into poetry; an idea I never thought I'd like until I loved it. That last stanza made me smile, and the last disembodied line left me wondering...

Anyway, I really like this! I'm going to go read the other chapters of this now (:

I like the title... funny reference to a pick up line. I really liked the beginning, the word iridescent was great. The second stanza confused... the necklace didn't seem to tie into falling to me. Also, the ending seemed kinda cliched. The sand and wind thing. I felt like I've heard that before. I do like the part in parenthesis though, that was cute.

I was skimming to see if I wanted to read this and review this and I knew answers!

I'm not liking the period at the end there, floating on it's own line. It seems so out of place.

I did like the formatting. The italics and the way you did glide work really well. I also liked the word choice soldered. That was a great word. The second stanza with the chocolate imagery was definitely great as well.
