I like the start. I guess this is a flashback of sorts and I'm totally looking forward to see how it goes. I love Grace and I love Alex, and I'm sad that they are parting when they just discovered that there might be more than best friend feelings. Oh and I don't like the Mom, she's the kind that will make you WANT to run away. But maybe I'm judging too fast. One thing though, will it affect me much if I haven't read the prequel. As in will I be lost?

Anyhow, I look forward to you next update. :)

The over bearing mother thing really irritates me. Like not within the story, I just mean I became really irritated when she inturrupted them, like I was getting irritated for Grace haha.

And god I love the name Grace.

I'm excited that you are working on another project, I love your writing.

I really like the prologue although I felt there were certain places where you could have elaborated so we could have gotten a better idea about what Grace was thinking.

But besides that, I loved the dialogue and I loved the characters. I couldn't help but smile when Alex told Grace that the necklace was nothing and she countered him.

Anyways, I'm excited to see where you go with this story and how they will behave when they are all grown up. I hope you don't mind the little bit of CC.
