Reviews For: One Poem for Farah Fawcett
Isca 2009-08-14 . chapter 1
"All water swirls down drains in the same direction." I loved this opening line - it's so enlightening and philosophical. The message here is also very profound: none of us live 'counter-clockwise' lives because we are all the 'same' (i.e. we are all human).

"My blood eats itself." Striking use of personification.

"I hold on by my two hairs like a bald and dying tree." Brilliant ending. The subtle 'cancer' imagery here is stunning. The two hairs/dying tree comparison is beyond wonderful.

Keep up the excellent work. :D

Ha! Seems very sardonic to me, for some reason... it's a very freehand style, and it suits the theme (whatever it is) very well. A truly nice arrangement.
