The first stanza didn't sound right to me because the moon doesn't really help the plants and trees grow does it?

i did like the rest of it. The part about us having been our ancestors and them being our past at the same time. It was a really great idea and so very true. The only thing is the second stanza I didn't really get 'cause people always lived with lies and suspicions... other than that, great job!
