"Are you so readily attracted by my vampirism?" I love this line. Personally, I'm attracted to the 'nocturnal' types :P.

"Shall I abuse you to appease your latent appetites?" This line is very startling and witty - Freud would be proud.

"I could hurt you to make you happy." YES. God, this line is brilliant. :D

Brilliant. What an original, complex description a relationship. (I mean, I assume that's what it's about.) Your writing is clear but sophisticated-basically what I'm trying to say is I think this is a great poem.
