I like the beginning of this story, and how different the two boys seem, and the bit about sunflowers because I love sunflowers. And especially the line "The day feels like it is asleep. The sun is barely up, and the air is still cold." That makes it seem... I don't know, because I'm barely up, but I like that line.

Hm...Noah seems very interesting, if not somewhat in denial about his dad's death. :) Update!
