This was short, but I felt that it carried a lot of intense emotions. Even more so since this piece makes it evident that bad memories stick with you forever, regardless of how many times you try to push them out of your head. It felt even heavier/more intense at the end since the speaker blames herself (I'm assuming the speaker is female?) for what has happened.
