LOL! I like this! I found myself more mad with Marina then Owen. Yeah, it was a very, very bad date, but later it was pretty obvious that he was sweet guy who unfortunately was having a bad day the same day as his date. lol So sad... but he sounds completely adorable! I love the fact that your stories seem to consist of 'normal' people, too and not just unbelievably beautiful people. Very well written - and in 1st pov. Great job!

i loved this. the dramatic character change and subtle appreciation for reality was beautifully presented. your effort to try and create a glimpse of their lives as they are, simple latina + mr bad-first-impression, should be applauded for its uniqueness as a romance. by the end, i was starting to fall for the nice, dorky "gringo." keep it up:)
