Lol! I literally burst out laghing. "oh, Look, there's a terminte". Like, yeah, A terminte could eat an entire chair... a FAT termite!

I like the rhyming, it works well. Not forced. The ending was also great, really funny and unexpected, though I think you'd need more than one termite to eat a rocking chair...
