I like the rhymes and I'm normally anti-rhyme.

However I am unsure if you actually want an answer to the question you've posed, so I'll give you the quick answer.

No, the child is not evil. She was in fear of her life, she most likely has at least to psychiatric disorders and has trouble coping. By killing her dad, she is trying to ensure her survival. What she needs is a loving patient family and long-term trauma counseling.

The child is most likely evil or have these desires because of the beating, and not so much her evil thoughts. The thing is statistics shows that these beatings really effect the child to be more evil.

"He'd drown the guilt in bottle gin." I like this line-it's very revealing and relatable.

"Is she evil?" That's a very interesting question to pose at the end of the poem. Does a lifetime of abuse justify her actions?
