"He managed to rake her in, that old salt." Aha. Brilliant. I love that the speaker calls Poseidon 'that old salt.' That's priceless. ;)
"And out of their shining blood fly horses." Medusa bore two children from that rape episode: Pegasus (the winged horse) and Chrysador (a giant). That said, I did like this ending--it was very vivid. :) |
