Okay, I'm REALLY sorry if a million Australians have already told you this! But, I really have to mention that we don't have Barnes and Noble here (if we do, I am way out of the loop). We do have Borders though!

Secondly, I'm SO glad that there was a snooty hotel guy to inform them that Kangaroos don't randomly prance around the roads. I'm a Sydneysider, born and raised and had never seen a wild Kangaroo until this Winter when I was in the Southern Tablelands. I felt like a giddy little kid! But then I had to concentrate on driving and not running them over! >.<

I read this right after you posted but wasn't able to review because I usually read stories off my phone which doesn't allow pop-ups. ANYWAY, I'll review it now! (and some of your other stories as well now that I've got a chance to do it)

Well, first of all, I absolutely love it. This is no surprise though, since I love all your stories (well, the ones that I've read anyway). I like how you were able to subtly incorporate all the things requested without making it ridiculous.

And I love how it's set in Australia. You make it sound like a little tropical paradise or something, and if I didn't already live here, that story would've had me wanting to visit. lol.


Anyway, can't wait for anything else you have to offer!

This was such an adorable one-shot! I loved the characters and the plot line. It was a little predictable, but so sweet. :) great job!

It did turn out quite realistic... :)
The characters were given time to develop.. even though its a one-shot. Thats what made the story better..

I happen to remember from your LJ (hey, I just didn't have time to comment!)that some, erm, details contained in this oneshot *may* be from your personal experience. Speaking of which, did your piercing get infected? if so, I'm sorry :( YUCK/OUCH! This (long) oneshot is super cute and somewhat realistic. I'd say you did really well!

Another great oneshot :D and it's long too. I think it was pretty realistic for a romance novel, but the one part about the little boy, I think that he's a little too old to be mistaking the word psyhopath
