This was a really great short story! I was very hesitant at first about reading it because there were so many ways that it could have gone wrong, but instead it turned out wonderfully! I liked that you never actually said what the monsters looked like and also how you didn't give many detailed descriptions. It left me feeling more creeped out by the lack of information, which is perfect for the horror genre. The one thing I think could have been improved upon would be the friends. They all blended together, and I think this might have been from having so many. It didn't give you a chance to introduce them and let them have a voice of their own. All in all though, I thought this was a really great piece! Great work!
