Wow...this was just so great. You did a fantastic job on what's happening. Interesting fact, if you notice businesses that have values and keep them (places like Chik-Fa-la) stay in business and do well. But when the company gets rid of it's values it goes out of business (think Enron). God Bless you. Keep spreading the word.
