Wow, this is just so beautiful and powerful and sad. And it's wonderful that it has an emotional meaning behind the writing. I loved the second stanza. Well written.

I enjoyed this one, the first two lines of the second stanza were especially creative. It was interesting how you put the hopeful part in the middle and showed the contrasting side of your emotion at the end. Actually now that I think about it the entire second stanza was great, definitely good stuff.
