Really well written. I liked it!

I rather enjoyed this. I initially thought it would be a sort of satire relating to the end to mankind, but it turned out to be a little more serious than I had expected. It certainly felt very post-apocolyptic in style, which was pretty cool. Interesting and nicely written.

It also occurred to me that this would make a neat intro for a science fiction novel or something. Have you thought about turning it into a long-term project?

Anyway, I liked it. Nice work!
