aw, I can relate this, though it's cliche I like the rhyme.

These were my favourite lines,"And I blame you for these painful tears
That wash away my guise." So beautifully put :-)
Love the use of the word painful, it really emphasises how much of an effort each tear is.

"I hear they call it hate." This line is very interesting. I like that 'hate' is something personified here--it can 'run' through your veins. The 'they' in this line is unspecified, though, which is interesting in the sense that the reader is left to interpret it themselves.

"I fear I'll always be alone." Great line. Raw. Emotional. Impactful. :)

The final two lines flow and rhyme particularly well. Keep up the good work.
