I connected with the sense of hope in this; it has a refreshing feel to it. It does feel a bit short though; the stanzas almost feel like twinned haikus.

A rock is a symbol of the earth, I think, not only the organic material of the earth, but also the weight of it. This piece makes me think that once you had the word at your feet, and it was you destiny to do something with it.

The conclusion makes me think that you are in a way tempting fate, shaking things up, acting a bit reckless, just to see what happens.

The piece felt a bit short for me, I think you could have easily extanded on this thought, and it still would have been a strong piece. Keep up the good work.
