Col. :-) I like the last lines "No matter the time that flies/ A part of me slowly dies". Those are wonderfully built-up to. However, the line "One year, two year so fast goes by" is a bit off. Is it "One year, two years so fast go by", or is it poetic license? You're the poet, so it's your decision, I just thought I'd point it out.
