I feel the same way... my brother is a really picky eater and ends up throwing most of the food on his plate all the time and it's drives my mum crazy (not only does it offend her because she cooked it lol but because as your poem says, people aren't as fortunate to have food to eat). I hear you loud and clear, and thanks for writing this piece. :)

i see your point,i do... even the person out of "dirty dancing" got it! xD but Taco Bell and Macdonald's is so not what you should describe as "perfectly good food" because we both know it isnt (; it may be fast but it isnt healthy! Africa needs food- not crap! XD

Good thought there. It's so true there. Although, I know a lot of organizations, like Kroger, just with their bakery department. Give their leftover baked goods to the church across the street. Which I think is great. And I always have that feeling, to eat all my food on my plate, or at a restaurant, because, it's just gonna get thrown away. Or I try to take it with me, so it will be used somehow. What I'm trying to say is, I totally know where you're coming from. Good job doing that. (thumbs up)
