This is seriously such a fun premise, and you've done a good job with a lot of it. I especially love the different caretakers for each level of Hell. The more bureaucracy and funny individual structures of Heaven and Hell that you can put in, the better.

There are plenty of typos, though, and there are some awkward sentence fragments that could easily be fixed.

As for deeper criticism, I feel like there is so much potential for this idea, so much fun characterization, interactions with mortals, references to mythology and Biblical incidents...

And on that note, Jesus/Mary is... kinda kinky. Ack. I don't get the reasoning behind that particular one.

But overall, solid job! F'reals! I completely suggest you keep going.
