I love zombie stories!
This was a funny, light read and you had Nate's voice down so well. What I mean is, there were no real character inconsistencies...and I loved the whole b-grade-horror-it's-almost-farcical feel to the piece and how casually they deal with the zombies. Like 'Oh yeah, it's just them zombies again'.
I think the opening was rather cute, and it established our narrator quite vividly. There were many little funny lines and ideas throughout and it felt great just to read a light-hearted, funny, non-angsty story. Well-done and thank you for the entertaining read.

Wonderful present for a Saturday morning! Random, but funny. Personally I'm glad it wasn't horror. I really liked it the way it is.
