It may not be Christmas now, but I'll take it as a late gift ;) (though it is a shame it's over. I can see the seeds of a great story in the frozen, snow-covered ground)

I am the only one awake, new years day, because i'm a loser and can't stay up past 12:30.

I would actually love to see this story set up in a longer story. You had this really great set up, the beginning and the way the main screwed with both brothers, but it seemed to... disolve? I can't think of a good adjective. Several of the expected points just sorta, iono, disapear.

I liked.
