I like these characters, they are so sweet _ they are the perfect couple!

I think that this would have fit in very well between the two last chapters of Scarred for Life, but I like it as a one-shot as well. It gives a deeper look at Danny since you wrote mostly from her perspective on how much she wanted to make Nicole's birthday the best ever. Too bad Nicole's mom is so horrible, and even worse that I actually know people who are that nasty. As always, thank you for writing and I will continue to read more, so keep writing so I will never run out of awesome stories to read.

Great present for Christmas, even if it was a week ago. Sorry.

I think those two have still a lot of things to solve. But life is like that.

Nick's mother is... just a mother, a protective mother, and Danny has a mountain in her back. In some way I can understand Kate, but it would be great if at the end she could accept Danny.

Continue this or not is your decision, but I wouldn't mind reading more.
