And wow. I never really saw them that way though, I guess emotions are a weakness... but to me, it's not just us - I'm one of those freaky people that believe everything with an ability to think for itself (even to the smallest degree) has emotions... like when a caged animal feels threatened.

I totally get where you're coming from, though - I have a phobia of lifelessness (if that's even a word) - I guess we would all be hollow without them... but I think that it comes with a certain degree of instinctual behaviour... hmmm... is it possible to NOT have emotions if you can think for yourself?
