I feel like this applies to so many ignored people. It could apply to the people who die in war prematurely, or the people who work really hard and then lose all the credit for said work to another person who is above them on the ladder. I feel like it could even apply to the writers on fictionpress here who write great stories and don't get enough reviews for all the hard work they do.

Not that I'd KNOW anything about that :D
