"We are nowhere and it's now" - the title's already great.

This had me hooked from the very beginning. "If we live through this then we are true survivors." I love this sentence 3

"Now the only thing contributing to my lung cancer is you."

"There is just me, her, and the drugs."

I kind of like the twist in this, that she's just a result of his imagination and turns to ash in his hand. It's sad but stunning at the same time.

Great job, again - keep writing :)
