| Punslinger 3/16/10 . chapter 1
This is a good, thoughtful haiku on an unfortunate historical event. But it should be remembered that desperate wartime conditions require hard decisions that may later cause regret. A great many people suffered more than the Japanese Americans in WWII, including other Americans who were taken by force (drafted) into the armed forces and sent to die far from home. It was all part of the war effort which, fortunately, ended in our favor - if that is any consolation to those who spent time in relocation centers.

A thoughtful topic well handled. Good work that makes us reflect on past wrongs.
