I can't say I understand all of it, but I think you're saying that the society's expectations of sexual behavior are different for males and for females, and what is acceptable in guys' behavior, is scowled upon when females do it. I do not get the ending, though.

Uhmm...as a woman I'm not sure what I could/should/would say to this. I'm going to take it as a rant poem.
