This is strongly written. This I like.

However, on a personal level - sometimes therapy just doesn't work. For me, I've been to two therapists for various reasons, the overall diagnosis being depression. I am not suicidal, I have been although I've had no will to act upon it. I have, however, thought about death pretty much every day since I was about nine. I'm glad someone has the decency to put something like this out there, but in the overall scheme of things I know that if someone is truly in this sort of state they need all the help they can get, the same help that they will most likely refuse.

This is so true my friend - and you don't even need a real therapist all the time. Just TALK to SOMEONE! I was playing therapist today in fact for one of my friends. I do believe I saved her again. It's not the first time either.
