themanicurist 6/1/10 . chapter 3love. |
themanicurist 6/1/10 . chapter 2i know, i know, so keep them coming: i love them so much. |
All Along 5/19/10 . chapter 1I only drink scotch, and I spent a year in the American South recently. This may not have too too much to do with your poetry, but I've just returned home with a bottle of The Famous Grouse and I'm very fond of you. |
brandi alexandra 5/17/10 . chapter 11I agree. |
for shame 5/4/10 . chapter 7i think this is one of my favorites. i'd rather be a whale beached and in love than a lonely whale in a sea of fish. |
for shame 5/4/10 . chapter 6i like how the last line is contradictory; antithesis, that's the word. you usually are so animalistically passionate. i don't ever remember you asking for a boy to just call you. but i hope he does, if that's what you still want. |
for shame 5/4/10 . chapter 2you have an interesting understanding of the world. i want that. but i think it would be an overload of images and witty lines and bukowski, and my brain would hang itself. |
for shame 5/4/10 . chapter 1i really like the last three lines. you incorporate the most random rhyme, and it ends up sounding magical. i also like the start. she said yes. makes me wonder what the question was. it's like shakespeare - he always opens in the middle of a fight scene, in the middle of sex, or in the middle of a conversation. it makes you curious. |
