Lovely poem! I really enjoyed the ending.

I loved the otherworldly notion of the city sinking, that wad such a striking image for me. It was fantastically wonderful. The whole poem had an air of nostalgia, and a lot of pride. I got the sense that the writer wasn't devistated by the loss, but rather seeking answers. Keep up the good work.
