First off, i love the idea! I think it's really original, you must be really creative.
Next, your writing is pretty good. I didn't see any grammar mistakes. The characters were believable ( I rather liked Death lol) and I could picture the scene quite clearly.
And I loved the mention of Rasputin! A friend of mine did a powerpoint on him for english class and it was hilarious. He's one cool dude.

Wonderful. I loved that it wasn't explained at all. I like to think that everything being experienced in the office was, in fact, the death by madness as promised.
