So it took me a few chapters to work out why Tess and Dean sounded familiar... had a bit of a "brain missing" moment there!

Usually I struggle to enjoy spin off stories (although I think technically So Yesterday is the spin off but hey ho!) as much I enjoy the primary piece but i loved this. Seeing how they came to be the amazingly cute but together and down-to-earth perfect couple they seemed to be in So Yesterday was great.

I also liked that we got to see a slight reversal of the Mercer sisters role, with Tess being the one who was unsure and confused and Jess having it together and being the strong one.

The portrait thing at the end of this chapter sounds great too! I might have to give that a go ... once I've found my soul mate that is!
