Hahaha very nicely done! I love the word vapid. The tone of the speaker in this is brilliant, I especially liked how it alternated between slightly crazy and airy to 'she was a bitch' and then the part where he slit the throat of whatever pet that was. It was a delightful surprise, as is this short story :)
