If this all really happened and your crush hung up as soon as he heard 'hello', then it does sound a little like he replies your crush. It's a pity you both want to wait until you're twenty-one (

The story itself was written very well, and it's not hard to feel for both the characters. What a shame the girl - you? - is going to move, because it seems like the two are a good match.
