Although this story is unfinished, I enjoyed the writing so much that I started looking at the author's other stories. The Republican angle is clearly something you don't see a lot of. I hope one day the author comes back to finish this unique story.

OKay, I LOVE THIS STORY. And I don't say that lightly. I love the way you've set up both Tess and Robin character's and the way the plot unfolds. I also think your sympathy with the republicans is unusual but enhances the story in my opinion.

I like your story so far, definitely, but the reason I'm leaving this review for you is because I saw a line I really liked: "Waking up her cell phone"

That seemed very original to me, I've never heard someone call it that before but that's exactly what it is! It's nice to read something that hasn't been written a thousand times before.

Tess did a good job with the questions posed, when the question dealing with gays came up I had thought she might say something that could break her but she kept on level ground.
