I love this. I draw on myself too, for the same reason. Sharpies are excellent. I love them. And your muse poem describes most of the stuff I write. Only that it would be the Voices instead of the Muses.

Short, but quite deep. I used to draw upon myself with gel pens because I simply loved the colors and the feel. Have you ever consider getting a tattoo some time in the future (or much later, depending upon your age)? They're permanent (if that's the type of permanent you would want).
