C. Tattiana H-H 2/4/11 . chapter 1You didn't have me until the third stanza. I adore the third one because of the imagery, which you're always marvellous at. It was the "graphite between our teeth, tongues wet with sonnets" that made me pause and admire the talent behind it. And the final stanza was wonderful also. I love that final image of the train and poetry being "destroy[ed]". I thought that was a really powerful way to end. |
