Chapter 5 was amusing and then chapter 6 got more dramatic. I personally love the diversity of tone. Keep up the writing. Favortive line: "Time for bed... well, couch."

Hmm. Okays, I like where this story is going so far. Writing wise, I am fond of this dialouge heavy style. I hate when people weave unnessary stuff in about the dew on the trees and the acorns on the floor. I think you add the perfect amount of discription here and there which is fine. I actually am quite fond of stories with narrators who kind of GRAB the reader by the neck. I love the first line off the bat. I don't particularly like character profiles that are not woven into the story, but I don't mind. I'll still countiue because this seems to be getting good so far.
