Haha, I love the little ironic twist at the end because it was well thought out and quite humorous.

The only thing I disliked was the length. It was short and I felt you could have added more to it somehow.

I like that Simon gets fired and replaced by a teenager, because it seems very fitting, like he's getting what he deserves. :)

I kinda didn't like how it was so short, because it just kind of all went by too quickly. It's fine though. Although I did have to read it like twice to understand it... Anyway, it's still good, and I really like that it's like a story with a lesson! :P
