Your writing was very touching. Growing up in my life I felt as though I could relate to that bird. I would go into detail but this is a review, not a life story.

You write in a way that people can relate, and can understand what they main idea of the story is. I hope you continue to write more like this.

Side note: I could see you writing a very inspirational / emotional short, or long story. It would get a lot of publicity. Even this poem caught my attention.
