His dark hair was combed back in a way that made her want to run her hands through it, in a way that would effectively ruin all the time he had spent on it. - You said "in a way' twice. Unless you meant to say it then ignore me.

I like the imagery you captured when her heart burst in love; with water streaming through her entire body. Is it love, right? Or happiness. Some kind of emotion.
