simpleplan13 6/4/11 . chapter 1I really love the first three lines. The image is really great of beauty being etched on a face. The word choice was really great there too with "etched" and "delicate" and "downcast." One part though "mostly unrelated" kinda through me off because the next part is a but as in a different thing. When you said mostly unrelated I kinda expected the second part to be a comparison... Still that last line was really great and beautiful. Archia 5/7/11 . chapter 1I loved the two words 'delicate beauty' to me they speak a beauty that's far more than their meaning. Talking about the meaning, I loved the whole meaning of this. Keep it up! |
Melanie Layugan 5/1/11 . chapter 1Wow! That just took my breath away. You go girl! |
Random-Idiocity 4/30/11 . chapter 1Nicely done. Keep it Up! |
nickyO 4/30/11 . chapter 1If I knew artwork better, I'd say this poem was inspired by an observation about a particular art subject, like maybe Judas in the Last Supper but more than likely one of the "bad" women of the bible. Am I close or way, way off the mark? |
Punslinger 4/29/11 . chapter 1 This is an excellent blend of subtle phrasing and psychological insight. Very impressive. |
